midterms kicking my ass >:(
one hell of a weekend ahead of me where i have a bunch of major capstone assignments due at the beginning of the week. and despite these assignments being pretty fun and even easy (like, making a short film of me painting while i gush about octopath traveler? craft a quick website with a funny premise? and i'm complaining??) i would rather be doing so much more things!!!
this is the danger of spur-of-the-moment hyperfixation......
i got really absorbed with coding again and have been polishing all my main pages to a state i am immensely satisfied with... but there is still work to be done....

i have gotten back into miitopia and my crossover lore/story after a basically year-long drought induced by burnout from playing the switch port (which i would eventually trade in for a five guys meal). i thought it'd be a while until i overcome the shame of cringe and be able to face the game again, but now it's coming back along with a few rewrites i want to address in artwork and writing. so i wanna make stuff for that... including a wiki for all my fanlore ??!?!??! and i'm stuck with MIDTERMS?

well, i just have to persevere, grin and bear the hard part so i can eventually coast comfortably through the remainder of october. still hurts though... my projects and ambitions call to me...
before i go and return to work, here's the status of all the remade pages so far:
index: need to add some filler content to accomodate for some slight rearranging (index looks the same as the original template i used otherwise) + it looks dogshit on mobile which i'm too lazy to fix haha
about: finally decided to just put the interests section i've wanted to make for so long as part of this page, and i'm pretty happy with the implementation! have a few more lines of words to write, the layout itself is all done!
art gallery: took a LOT of effort to reorganize and design, but i am on the FINAL stretch of reworking it and just need to rewrite descriptions for all the art entries! with how it looks so far, i'm really pleased with how it's coming along! but adding all of the data for at least 60 artworks is gonna take a while... and i don't have a lot of time at this very moment.. ughhghghgh
after i clean up all the above pages, my next stop is a revamped commissions page :) and then i can say confidently that my site has been rebuilt to where it was originally but with a bit cleaner of css (maybe..) and more ambtious features like javascript and animations! (maybe..)
anyway ugh guess i have to paint scenery from my favorite game for a grade now >:^ no one suffers more than i...
